QSL Card Checker
To find your QSL Bureau status enter your callsign to search.
The basic guide to receiving cards from the QSL Bureau.
Please send stamped, self-addressed envelopes of strong material and of suitable size, preferably 190mm x 130mm (C6 size 114mm x 162mm will do, BUT NOT A4 size).
With your callsign printed on the top left corner of each envelope.
Use stamps showing "1st or 2nd class" or "1st or 2nd Large" not those bearing monetary amounts.
Number the envelopes sent and mark one "LAST" so you know when a fresh batch is needed. Envelopes are not normally returned until the full weight has been reached for the postage paid. To receive cards at more frequent intervals, mark envelopes "Wait 6", etc.
Amateurs who do not wish to collect cards should notify their sub-manager. Please can you let me know either by e-mail or post. As cards for amateurs who have not sent envelopes are destroyed after three months. NOTE: This I would rather not do.
Amateurs who are not RSGB members may send stamped, self-addressed envelopes to sub-managers for the collection of cards.
When sending envelopes to your QSL Sub-manager ensure sufficient postage is paid as neither I or the RSGB will fund collection of envelopes that are sent to me.
I am QTHR or e-mail me for further help. I will try to answer e-mails within 24 hours.
